Arduino choice and parts

Hi my name is Giowainy and im building a heated platform.
It has come to my attention that the Arduino would be perfect to control the tempature.
I heat my platform with 5 elements and i want to set a specific tempature for my platform, but I just don't know which arduino or attatchment would be best to buy to be able to program it.

Can anyone please help me?
