i am trying to create a dashboard using the arduino cloud but it says that i have to download the arduino cloud agent first. however, when i am redirected to install the said software, i am left with a loading screen. i do not see the following:
What browser are you using .maybe it is blocking it.if you have any add blocker or something that can block the download try disabling it.Or try with another browser
I am having the same problem. After clicking download, the spinner just keep spinning. I have made sure that I have Administrator rights and that I have turned of my Antivirus and Firewall. Also check that my browser is not blocking popups. Is there a specific browser I should be using? Please help!
The browser console shows that download requests are going to localhost rather than a file location in the cloud.
Some developer working on this page seems to have tested it locally and not updated configuration before pushing to production.

Hi all. The bug with the Arduino Cloud Agent downloader has now been fixed. Please try it again. Let us know if you still encounter any problems with Arduino Cloud.
