Arduino Cloud doesn't recognize connected USB

I'm trying to upload a sketch into a Wemos D1 Mini and it asks me to connect an usb despite having it connected already.
Arduino IDE recognizes it so it's not an issue with the usb, I also have the lastest agent version installed, running and unpaused, I'm on windows and using Opera

Try removing the USB cable and just do a verify, then an upload and wait for the prompt or error. If it still doesn't connect post the results back here.

Also, if you have the Arduino IDE open in the background, just close it, because the serial monitor in the Arduino IDE will interfere with the Arduino Agent. Or at least make sure the serial monitor in the IDE is closed.
