Arduino Cloud Editor not detecting the Ariuno board

I've been programming my Arduino Uno R3 just fine, but when I updated to the new editor (I took a long break), it doesn't detect my board. I've looked around in a bunch of places for a solution but can't find any.

I'm on a Macbook Pro, M1, and I've tried this both with Firefox and Safari.
In System Info, in the USB tab, the Arduino board (connected through a USB hub to accommodate the non-C type USB plug) shows up. The lights on the board also do turn on. enter image description here

Do you have other development boards around you? I think you can try it with other development boards.

Hi @akivarduino.

I'm not sure I understood correctly what you mean by "detect". Please provide a more detailed description of what you mean by this in a reply on this forum thread to help us to understand it, including:

  • What did you do?
  • What were the results you expected from doing that thing?
  • What were the results you observed that did not match your expectations?

Make sure to include the full and exact text of any error or warning messages you might have encountered.
