I can not open Arduino Cloud, I am getting It's just one of those days.
We're sorry, but something went wrong. error. Am I the only person having this problem? And how can I solve?
Hi @MecahAti. I'm sorry about the problem with Arduino Cloud. I just checked and it is opening fine for me. Does the problem still occur if you try again now?
This type of problem might be caused by a transient network outage. These usually resolve themselves after a matter of minutes; hours at worst. If so in this case, I would expect you would no longer experience the problem now.
If the problem is still occurring, please tell me what part of Arduino Cloud you are trying to open. Are you just trying to open the Arduino Cloud homepage at https://app.arduino.cc/ ?
Thanks, main page opening well. When I click "Things" it shows me a lot of empty things. Problem is I can only create 2 but there are 28. And my main 2 Things are not there. Also when I click "Sketches" it is still giving me same error.
I see. Please open the pages in your browser again and press the Ctrl+Shift+R keyboard shortcut. This will reload the current page, ignoring previously cached content. It is possible that the bad page state is caused by some data your browser cached earlier when you were using the website.
I tried it with a big hope but no, it's still same. I also tried rebooting my PC but same
I'm sorry to hear that. Please try this experiment:
- Click the ●●● icon on the right side of the Microsoft Edge toolbar.
A menu will open. - Select "New InPrivate Window" from the menu.
A new Microsoft Edge window will open, in "InPrivate" mode. - Log into your Arduino Cloud app as usual in the "InPrivate" mode window.
- Try to open the Things and Sketches pages.
Let me know whether the problem still occurred when you did that.
The goal of this experiment is to determine whether you might have a browser extension installed that is somehow interfering with the functionality of Arduino Cloud. In order to providing enhanced privacy, the Microsoft Edge "InPrivate" feature also acts as the equivalent of what is referred to as "safe mode" by other applications, where all the installed extensions are disabled.
Same problem again, nothing changed. None of extension is enabled at InPrivate so problem is not extensions. It is so strange tbh.
That is unfortunate. Since I can't reproduce it and I haven't seen reports from other Arduino Cloud users, the bug seems to manifest under some specific conditions produced by your Arduino Cloud account rather than occurring universally. For this reason, I think the best way to proceed is for you to contact Arduino technical support via this form:
https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us
They will be able to more effectively investigate the problem and provide assistance.
Alright, it is too late in Türkiye. I'll send them message tomorrow.
