Arduino cloud web interface broken

Confirmed after 6hrs of debugging code and making absolutely sure my code is working correctly, that the web interface for the Arduino cloud dashboard does not work.

It hangs onto variables when it shouldn't be. Pressing a button latches a variable to true when it should return to false shortly after releasing the button. Sliding a slide switch to on latches the variable to true as expected, but will not release the variable back to false when slid to off.

This is absolutely unacceptable and renders the Arduino cloud platform useless. The amount of wasted time and energy to figure this out and prove it was the web interface is beyond frustrating.

I was lucky enough to try out the cloud remote app on my phone (which does work) and found that the variables immediately release to there natural state.

Please Please Please fix this asap.

My experience is the same. I started to doubt myself.
Similar symptoms with me.

Something is terribly wrong.

Boot itself it seems, or from the cloud?
This isn't fun anymore.
Not reliable anymore. What shall I do? Kick out Arduino IoT Cloud or not?

The remote app on my phone works well... and I can still watch what happens using the web interface on my PC.

The constant refreshing of the web editor is unacceptable as well... love the new "full web editor" but it is not integrated into the cloud interface, so I have to keep both open to control/edit the dashboard and variables etc...

Very sad that this is not usable. They have soooo much potential to be the king of iot development...

I am migrating to AWS to avoid these issues... will continue to monitor usability as time permits.

Hi here - I want to apologize for the issues you encountered. In the last two days we had some hiccups related to dashboard editing which led to these problems. Everything is resolved now. You can see info about incidents at https://status.arduino.cc/.
We will continue to do everything we can to ensure that Arduino Cloud is stable and reliable.
