Hi is there a arduino community anywhere in or around the Manchester area in the UK? I am willing to travel. I just really want to see people face to face and have a conversation as i find it easier to learn and remember thing's. It's also a lot easier to ask specific questions and explain what you mean.
Also is there a site were there are circuit diagrams for common projects that can be copied for educational purposes?
I've looked online and on social media, I did find one but the last post was like 2015 so it's been dead a long time. Surely there must be arduino enthusiasts in the local area but how do we connect?
Paradoxically, this is not a very good place to seek others in your area. The vast majority of posters have started a thread with a question and are focussed on solving their problem and will read very few other threads. They will be gone when their thread is done.
There are fifty or sixty regulars answering questions in the English speaking sections of the forum and they're spread out all over the world. So if you're lucky, one of them might be in your area and might or might not be interested in grouping up and might or might not see this thread.
Maybe look for a maker space - there's usually some interest in micro controllers there.
