I have an Acer C720 Chromebook and it runs on Chrome OS. I want to run Arduino on it but it's not compatible. Is there another way to get it without having to get a knock off brand so I can program my Arduinos?

So...you are in luck.
Today, I released this for Chromebook:
It's very early in the development stages, but for us ChromeOS users, I think this could be big.
This will let you write sketches for your arduino, upload via USB, and interact with it via terminal.
