Arduino compiling problem 'core.a'; reason: Permission denied

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my arduino. When i try to upload a code to a Arduino nano i get this compiling error: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr\bin\avr-ar: unable to rename 'core.a'; reason: Permission denied. I had problems with that arduino, first i got this compiling problem avrdude: ser_open(): can't set com state for "com6 problem. When i try to upload a sketch to my Arduino Uno it doen't come with this problem. Has anyone experience with this compiling problem?

You might want to lay your problems out a little better trying to read a squashed up single line with everything in it is a PITA as I could hardly work out which was which problem with what board.

Separate the two seeming maybe different issues into paragraphs ?

OS might help with some of your issues ?
IDE version maybe ?
What do you see in Device Manager ? (pictures are nice to have)
Boards manager version too could be good to know ? (tools, board, board manager, whats the AVR version ?)
Are the USB cables known to be good and does the NANO one inc the sync aspect ?
What type of USB ports 1.0 2.0 3.0 ?
