Arduino controlled macbook pro

So I have a macbook pro and wanted to use my arduino to control it.

I took the back off and I have hooked up the arduino power pin to the macbook power supply, all of the digital pins to the motherboard and I've even tried glueing the analog pins to it too but I'm still not getting anything?!

I was told to connect to the serial port so I did and I get no output even when I press all of my keys.

Could it be because I didn't connect the ground to anything?

I've even tried glueing the analog pins to it

Duct tape! The secret is duct tape.

I was told to connect to the serial port so I did

Well, great. We can see how you did that. Did you use electric glue or super glue. Super glue, I hope.

and I get no output even when I press all of my keys.

And what application is paying attention to the keystrokes, and sending them the serial port?

What code is on the Arduino?

Could it be because I didn't connect the ground to anything?

Yes. It should be tied to a big rock, and the Arduino and Mac and rock tossed into a deep lake. I think you are hopeless.
