Arduino Create Agent Not working in Chrome

Hi , I've using web editor by almost a year, but since yesterday it shows me this message

I've uninstalled , reinstalled and even restarted without results,
nevertheless web editor and arduino create agent are working OK with Firefox in the same computer....
I really don't know what is wrong .... I'm not aware of a Chrome update in the recent past days

Chrome est à jour
Version 98.0.4758.82 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
and Arduino create agent installer version is:
ArduinoCreateAgent-1.2.5-windows-amd64-installer-chrome

for info,
OTA update works without problems, in both Chrome and firefox
IDE works also by USB port, direct connection
Firefox detects the board at usb port through the agent without problems.
The problem occurs just with chrome and the A C Agent -> board/port not even detected

Anyone here having the same problem?
maybe someone could have an idea on this
Many Thanks in advance
Alex

Hi Ale-X,

Same issue here, same Chrome build, same CreateAgent build, windows 10... All else works, just not Chrome

Would love an answer if you find one?

Uninstall the Create Agent, see https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/360014869840-How-to-uninstall-the-Arduino-Create-Agent

Then go to your Chrome browser's "chrome://settings/" and then " Reset and clean up", restore settings and clean up the computer.

Afterwards, install the latest create agent following steps at https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/360014869820-How-to-install-the-Arduino-Create-Agent

Hi, thanks fr your answer, after doing that still no luck with Agent in chrome,
I suspect it's a Chrome security certificate related problem as in firefox the agent Works as suposed.
thanks anyway
i'll look for any log file to see where it could be the problem

You can try using " SRWare Iron" a secure chrome based brower and see if it will work for you.

I'd updated Chrome today, and Create Agent has since stopped working on the browser.

Solved by uninstalling both Chrome and Create Agent. Install Chrome, then install Create Agent in new chrome.

I solved this by rebooting my laptop. I noticed in the device manager (under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers") that one or more of my USB ports had a red "x" in their listing. When I clicked on one of them, a message appeared to the effect that it could not operate because other drivers were already using it. I think somehow the driver got loaded twice.
