Arduino Create Agent on Raspberry Pi 4

Has anybody successfully compiled the Arduino Create Agent on Raspberry Pi 4? I am specially interested on the Arduino Create Agent with tray icon support to upload IOT sketches from the browser.

I followed these instructions, tried various combinations of Raspberry-Pi OS, library versions, but no success. Wondering if these instructions are outdated.
