when i read my analog-inputs i get values around 250 with nothing connected, isit damaged?

when you read analogue inputs with nothing connected you get random values
250 is as good as 700 or any other number
if you connect the inputs to gnd with a wire you should see 0
if you connect them to 5v you should see 1023
if you dont you have a problem
consider that, if not properly connected, adjacent analogue inputs tend to influence each other
