Arduino data transfer to MySQL database

So I’ve set up a site and a mysql database using php and it is waiting to accept data sent from the arduino interfaced with an ESP8266 wifi module. The module is connected to the wifi but problem is the data is not being sent to site at all and is non responsiveness after AT+CIPSEND. I’ve searched a lot on the forums and though there were many similar topics, nothing I’ve tried so far has produced any result.
I’m trying to send a single value(plateno=1) just to test the connection to the site. I don’t it’s an issue with the php code because there’s no confirmation on the serial monitor that any data has been sent, but I can put the php code here if necessary. I’m pretty new to arduino coding so any help is much appreciated!
