Arduino Device, always "offline"

Hello:
I have a problem when connecting to my arduino.
I use a 33 IOT and it always puts me "offline". I have used different browsers and disabled the antivirus, but everything remains the same.
"reday to connect" does not appear, always "offline".
I follow all the tutorials that appear on the internet but where they appear "ready to connect" or "online", it always comes out "offline", as if I had not connected it... and obviously I have it connected.
any idea what can happen?

I had the same problem. I was later discussing with our IT guy. He said can I see the specs for the device? So I sent them. He said, your Arduino MKR wifi is 2.4ghz. He explained that the wifi router wasn't set for that, but that he would add it. Within minutes of him adding 2.4ghz to the wifi network my Arduino MKR 1010 now says online and the widgets are receiving data. Look into this. It might be the root of the issue.
