arduino diecimila + sparkfun bluesmirf

I was wondering if I change the bootloader on my diecimila to the bt bootloader. Then hook up a bluesmirf to my arduino, could I upload sketches?

I'm also not quite sure how to hook up the bluesmirf, for this purpose. I have used the bluesmirf as a serial line, but hat only uses the vcc, gnd, rx, and tx pins of the bluesmirf. I assume I would have to do something with the rts and cts pins too, but I don't know. I tried to look at the bt schematic, but the pdf would not load. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Just in case this is relevant I am using windows xp, and I already loaded the bt bootloader via avr studio. My reasons for doing this 1) I fried my ftdi chip (I have no Idea how), but I have tested multiple atmega168s with the board, and everything seems to work besides the ftdi chip. 2) bluetooth is just cool.

Thanks

I'm not too sure that's possible (wireless bootloading is quite difficult). However, you could just replace the chip:

It's not too bad, and certainly very easy if you have a hot-air rework station.
