I have recently got an Arduino Uno and have installed the software that you use to write programs on it. For some reason every time I try to open the software it shows the splash screen and then doesnt do anything. I have restarted my computer several times, reinstalled old version, reinstalled the current version and nothing seems to work. I have checked and the drivers on my Arduino Uno are up to date, and the computer recognizes it as a device. I don't really know what to do and am a complete newbie to arduino so any help will be appreciated!
