I did that exactly. No dice. [sigh!]
Dont forget RX goes to TX and vice versa.
This one is nothing like the adapter you show.
On these, the RX and TX are not reversed and supposedly will not work on Minis if they are. That's the big caveat when using them, because people logically think TX>RX and RX>TX, as they are on the other adapters...but of course that could have helpfully been changed.
If nothing materializes by way of a solution, I'll switch these around and try again. I don't imagine it would hurt anything.
