I made a 24Bit-DataAquistion with a Arduino Uno R3 and a LabView Program to collect the Data on the PC.
Everything works fine for up to a quarter hour, but then a blue-screen is created.
No mater whether the PC works with Windows 7, 8 or 8.1
The Arduino Driver installed is Version 1.0.0.0 taken from the IDE 1.5.6-r2 (beta) package at Port_#0002.Hub_#0003,
LabView 2013 SP1 (32Bit) + NI-VISA 5.4.1
However, if I use a FTDI TTL-232R-5V USB to TTL converter connected to PIN 0 (RX) and PIN 1 (TX) in place of the Arduino USB connection data-collection over 18000s (5 hours) at a sampling rate of 50 ms works without this problem.
Any idea how to prevent blue screens with Arduinos own USB?
Here is an example of a message I get after restart of the PC.
