Arduino + DS1307 + 16x8 Led Matrix with Max7219

Hi,
I'm new in programming and I want to build a clock from Arduino Uno + DS1307 + 16x8 led matrix with max7219 modules. I found on the net this code that displays time but do scroll .. and I would like if anyone can guide me or modify the code so that the time to be displayed static.. with one second refresh or something like that.
