Arduino due don't compile program

Good evening,
I have a problem with arduino due.
I installed sw 1.6.8 but when I compile the program
it return the following message:

avrdude: STK_500_RECV() programmer is not responding

avrdude: STK_500_GETSYNC() ATTEMPT 1 OF 10 NOT IN SYNC RESP=0xf6

Could someone help me?

Did you install Sam support in board manager?

I installed Sam support in board manager, but unfortunately it has been
reported the following message.

  • Maybe try to remove the Due in Boardmanager and reinstall it. Also ereas the arduino manually.
  • What you can try too, is to uninstall the device in device manager and let windows reinstall it again.
  • Did you set up everything right? Depending on which usb port you use on your arduino due you have to change the settings in Arduino IDE. Like to "Arduino Due (Nativ USB)" + the right COM.

Under 'Tools' set 'Programmer:' to 'ArduinoISP'.

I solved the problem installing Sam support and after selecting scheda:Arduino Due programming port.
Now it's all OK.
