Arduino Due Error during compiling

Hey guys,
yesterday i got a Arduino due, i want to try it now out (of course:-)). However, I am a arduino beginner and i wanted to start with an example which is in the Arduino IDE 1.5.8 . So connected the Arduino with my PC an tried to upload the code "Blink" to my Arduino, but I always get following Erroer message:

Arduino: 1.5.8 (Windows 8), Board: "Arduino Duemilanove or Diecimila, ATmega328"

Error compiling.

I hope my question is not too stupid, I´m beginner...
I look forwoard to your answers, and merry christmas:-)

Oh, and this is the code from the example:

/*
  Blink
  Turns on an LED on for one second, then off for one second, repeatedly.

  Most Arduinos have an on-board LED you can control. On the Uno and
  Leonardo, it is attached to digital pin 13. If you're unsure what
  pin the on-board LED is connected to on your Arduino model, check
  the documentation at http://arduino.cc

  This example code is in the public domain.

 */

// the setup function runs once when you press reset or power the board
void setup() {
  // initialize digital pin 13 as an output.
  pinMode(13, OUTPUT);
}

// the loop function runs over and over again forever
void loop() {
  digitalWrite(13, HIGH);   // turn the LED on (HIGH is the voltage level)
  delay(1000);              // wait for a second
  digitalWrite(13, LOW);    // turn the LED off by making the voltage LOW
  delay(1000);              // wait for a second
}

I am not to familiar with 1.5 or the due but it looks like you might not have the board setting correct.
