Arduino DUE in backup mode

I have a serious problem. I have put my Arduino DUE in Backup Mode and since I uploaded the script with Backup Mode, although Arduino IDE recognises the Arduino on COM Port but when I try to upload the code again, it compiles without any problem but when it starts to upload every time it says, "No device is recognised on COM Port 7". I think so the arduino is stuck in backup mode , how can I solve the issue? Thanks in advance
