Arduino DUE programm not executing when connected to the programming port

Hello,

I have an arduino due and when I upload the Blink program using the programming port, it says done uploading however it doesn't start actually blinking. But when I connect the usb to the native port the program starts blinking. What could be the problem?

Hi there!

I’m having a similar problem right now with my Due. I’m going to work on it more and let you know what I find. For now, can you go to the Tools menu and make sure you have the correct board and com port selected?
