Arduino Due suitability for Real time analog Reading

Hello I'm new to arduino world . I'm making a Checkweigher machine and I want to use the arduino to read the analog output of WEIGHT INDICATOR , it outputs 0-10v . i'm weighing 15 Gram product and i'm using a 20 kilogram wieght cell
I mesured the output with a voltmeter and it gives 15mv for 0 grams and 30 mv for 30 grams
So is the arduino suitable for the task can anyone help me plz?

You don't want to be connecting 5 volts to any input on a Due.
You're going to need at least eleven bits for your ADC, and probably more like fourteen.

the Due has a 12 bit adc and the output is about 30mv is this readable for the arduino ?
