I tried 5 USB Cables, installed all drivers( USB\VID_2341&PID_003D) but it just wont show Up!!!!!

Maybe your Arduino DUE is faulty ?
Is it detected on another (not specified) computer of the same type ?
I don't know it just arrived

I noticed that you put your Dueon the computer case; this might be conductive (not sure). So I suggest that you don't do that.
I have no experience with the Due but it has two USB ports; does the proble show on both ports.
All your cables might be charge-only cables; can you test the cables with e.g. a cell phone? Windows should recognise your cell phone in that case.
i have tested the cables, but can you really take the case off?
I took the due off the pc case and took the plastic case off, and this is a problem from both of the native port but a
so in the programming port, and it still fails to this message
And you dont know anyone else who has a computer that you could test the DUE on ?
No but I've called a friend who also works with Arduino and he's coming over in an hour
I did not see the plastic case under the Due; advisable to keep it on.
COM1 is hardly ever the Arduino; if you disconnect the board, does it disappear from device manager?
