Hi, I have problem with the arduino because I can't change the serial port in the software.
In the software in tools, serial port is locked, what I can do?
I'm on openSuse 12.1 with arduino softaware 1.0.
If its anything like Ubuntu, your user may need to be a member of a group that the Arduino has claimed as a device. In Ubuntu the arduino appears as /dev/ttyUSBx, its group is dialout and the user sometimes needs adding to that group to be able to use the port. But seeing as I never used Suse, I might be completely wrong.........
I did it, but I have the same problem...
