Hello. Can I connect 3 servos + 11 individually controlled LEDs to Arduino Duemilanove 328? Is there better option to connect LEDs and get bigger count or empty pins (because it has 14 I/O pins) ?

No it has more, the analogue pins can be used as digital I/O as well.
