Hi @Yachtbird. I tried it out and didn't have any problems. Does the problem still occur if you try again now?
This type of problem might be caused by a transient network outage. These usually resolve themselves after a matter of minutes; hours at worst. If so in this case, I would expect you would no longer experience the problem now.
I do see some reports from other users from around the time of your report, but no new ones for some hours so maybe that is a sign the outage passed?
Hello @ptillisch , I have not been able to access the web editor for a couple of days. I have tried other cloud based applications I use and they are all working fine. I have tried accessing the IOT cloud portal as well and it fails to connect me. I am in Sydney Australia and this is a first for me. Usually the web editor is rock solid.
I am not quite sure how to move forward as it appears this is not a widespread outage or I figure many more people would be on the forum concerned at the outage.
Hello @DaveBlack , yes it is frustrating. I dont think the problem is local as I have all other cloud functions working. I still cannot get access to the Web Editor yet.
I fixed my problems with the editor not working ... I canceled my account and started a new account and the web editor and everything started working ..
was a pain to doo and all I lost was my dashboard setup and two days worth of data that I could not download
I have the same problem in Tx, USA. It's been over a week at least. I created a new account and everything worked fine, but I need it to work on my old account to get some sketches that were not backed up.
@ptillisch I have created anotehr account in my wifes name. It all works perfectly. I can switch between my wifes account which works perfectly and my account which provides the "its one of those days" prompts on the same computer. This problem which looks like a network or server problem seems to be account based. My computer browser and network are fine but I still cannot gain access to the cloud using my account.
Any thoughts you may have on how to resolve this would be appreciated as it is getting quite tedius.
This happened a while back so I kept everything offline
started again to use the online system as I have recently subscribed however this has failed again.
I can see the titles in my IDE however I don't seem to be able to download them.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem can't access to the web editor and same message as kinor80.
I've tried with safari, firefox, chrome, have install the last agent (1.3.1) and it still not working. I don't know for how long exactly but I've been trying for 3 days.
Everything is working normally (things, variables, dashboards, ...) except the web editor.
Didn't backup the last changes in multiple sketches (my fault)
I'm in Lyon / France and have the subscribe the "entry plan"
Hope it comes back online soon and any help could be great.
I subscribe. Yesterday I couldnt gain access to the web editor but I created a new account and that worked. That at least proved the problem was not at my end. I sent a note to the help desk explaining what I had observed and today I can gain access. I am assuming it has been resolved overnight and I am grateful for that but wary I should not rely on the cloud account for source code storage.
