Does the Bluetooth enable pin allows it to be in AT command or not
Or it just enables the Bluetooth to work (to be active) or not to work
That may depend on the Bluetooth module. On the HC05 modules that I have the enable allows the module to be active. There is a tiny push button switch that you hold down during power up to put it in (partial) AT mode. For full AT mode. pin 34 is connected to 3.3V (requires a mod to board). That is the only Bluetooth module that I am familiar with, others may be different.
