and why would you want to do this, ESP32 not fast or powerful enough for you?
Typically one connects the ESP32 to WiFi and accesses the video feed and images through a website.
How does the Uno fit into the equation?

You need an ft232 3.3V USB programmer or a CH340 UART programmer.
