Arduino esp8266:: what is the alternative board for "ESP8266MOD"

I am trying to select the board and the port in Arduino Editor. I am having trouble to import module program in the device. Kindly suggest how to do that or does any alternative module to do it.

IDE >> TOOLS >> PORT >> (your port)
IDE >> TOOLS >> BOARD >> (your board)

IDE >> SKETCH >> UPLOAD
