Arduino Ethernet + HTML + Text Box

Hello Arduiners !!! :o
Excuse my English is not good, but hope I can solve my doubt.

I am using an Arduino Mega and Ethernet Shield, what I do is: In a web page html and saved on an SD card placed on the ethernet shield program a box where I can esccribir a message or an e-mail, as I can make arduino read and save the text you type in this box.

Can you try first to use a form with buttons to turn a led on and off, and the Arduino reads the commands.
