Arduino Ethernet not found on Netgear n300

I have an Arduino ethernet with PPoE (not a shield). It was working fine with a 2wire router. I just bought a Netgear n300-DGN2200.
The Netgear does not show the Arduino connected. I tried assigning an IP with its MAC, but no luck.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

The router status shows that there is a device connected. There are TX packets but no RX packets on that port. Just no IP.
