Arduino Ethernet Shield + POE with TP-Link TL-SG1005P

When I connect my Arduino Ethernet Shield + PoE module (Silvertel AG9700) to a TP-Link TL-SG1005P POE router, it gets no power, not even LEDs that turn on at the port on the router or on the Adruino.

When I connect it to the TP-Link TL-POE4824G PoE injector that I still had laying around, it works.

I would like to just let this work on the PoE router (TL-SG1005P) instead of the Poe injector.

Anyone have an idea how this can be solved?

It appears you have two different modes, there currently are 4 that I know about. This link should get you going: "Power over Ethernet - Wikipedia" . If you look at 10/100 and the others in the pinouts table you will see they will work exactly as you describe.
