I have arduino ethernet shield not works with ethernet switch and same problem like this Ethernet Shield W5100 connection issue - #3 by ba21 , but can I solder resistor in wire, instead arduino PCB ?, I am lack of soldering capability

Yes, because I can't solder properly, if resistor is connected through LAN cable, I also can use breadboard
