Does anybody know if the Arduino Ethernet (not the Ethernet shield) works with the WiFi shield cause I got both connected and when I try to run ScanNetworks, I'm getting 'WiFi shield not present'. I connected it to my pc with the UB2Serial Module.

No, they will not work together unless you do some pin bending and library mods. Both use D10 for the slave select.
I'm sorry I thought this would belong to the troubleshoot section. But thank you very much, you were right. I tried it on a Seeeduino and it works now.
As long as the moderators are ok with it being here, so am I. The point was that I may not have seen it.
