Hello I search the web for arduino gfx commands list but I have not found.
Can some one give me a link?

If your referring to the Adafruit GFX library, then the commands are listed in the 'Adafruit_GFX.h' file in the library.

I am refering to arduino_gfx

For example I am searching how to clear the display I can not find it.
Also My serious problem is how to overwrite a text,numer, in the same position.
