Arduino GIGA Display Shield Powered But Not Displaying

So about 3 weeks ago, I purchased an Arduino GIGA R1 WIFI Microcontroller and GIGA Display Shield. The microcontroller works just fine, however I have had one debilitating issue with the Display Shield; it clearly is given power, but will not actually display anything. I've used examples within the Arduino IDE and none that utilize the Display Shield actually work. These example sketches will upload completely fine and without errors, but the display doesn't display. After being in contact w/ Arduino Support for 2 weeks and running a gauntlet of tests, we came to the conclusion to just send a new GIGA Display Shield as a replacement.

This new GIGA Display Shield is now in my possession and the same issue is occurring. I've run the same tests on this new Display Shield that I did on the first one and the same results occurred. Part of me wonders if both are broken or I'm missing something and it's a 'me' issue seeing as I'm the common denominator.

If anyone has any clue as to what might be the issue, I'd be very grateful to know as I need this screen to work for a time-sensitive class project.

I should also state that I've run tests for the LED on the Display Shield, & the microphone and both work just fine; just like on the first Display Shield. All of the issues lie with the LED screen itself and nothing more.

Hi, contact Arduino Support team via Contact us
with details of the issue (including a close and clear picture of the socket where Giga Wifi board is attached to the display. Need to check for soldering issue) with your purchase receipt (pdf) included. They will assist you.

Hi, I bougth an Arduino Giga and Display Shield last month. The Arduino Giga was apparently working but not the display. After reading this post, I checked all the solders of the sockets between the Arduino Giga e the display. I found an array of pins of the socket in the Arduino Giga badly connected or not soldered. I soldered all the pins of all the sockets and now my arduino Giga and relative display work correctly. Thanks for the post. I suggest you to check the socket's solders and, if necessary and if you are able to use an iron, remake the solders again.
