Arduino Giga R1 Wifi Not Showing

Hello
I am an Arduino user. While uploading code to my processor, the wired connection was disconnected and I cannot view my processor from the computer. However, I thought that if I follow the steps in this link "https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/7991505977116-Burn-the-bootloader-on-GIGA-R1-WiFi?utm_source=chatgpt.com#stm32cubeprogrammer" the problem will be solved. The only problem is that while installing the "Stm Cube Programmer" application, it stays on page 8/9 and does not complete the installation. I tried it on 3 different computers and it does not work. Can you help me with this issue? I want to get my processor back.

Yaptığım araştırmalar sonucunda, sorunun dil paketi ile ilgili olduğunu keşfettim. Bilgisayarımın dili Türkçe olduğu için bu problemi yaşadığımı fark ettim. "STM Cube Programmer" uygulamasını Türkçe olarak değil, bilgisayarımın dilini ABD İngilizcesi yaparak sorunsuz bir şekilde kurdum.
