Hello I am using GSM sheild with three sensors to send data wirelessly with help of form method

This code is for Ethernet sheild,how to modify it for GSM sheild,please specify code.
also I successfully tried example code of sending message,call and webclient
but for Webserver example,after it displaying IP address what should be done further to check analog reading ?
