Show the LED floodlight specification sheet here. Maybe you will get help. You should only use the right-size power supply. If you must ask, you probably should not... or learn about safe power supplies and get a certificate so you can join a coding club?
the LED Is 10V
Do you know of any 12V Or 10V external Power Supplies i can Only find 3.3V And 5V ones.
Search: 12v (or 10v) power supply.
it just comes up with cables

i need the module things
What is a 12v (or 10v) power supply module thing?
Those project power supplies are for low current on a breadboard. LED flashlights consume a lot of power (low volts but high current). Get a power supply large enough to supply the voltage and current your project requires. LEDs flashlight will have these numbers printed on the case. Post these numbers here if you have questions.
it says on the floodlight 10W IP66
Watts = Volts * Ampheres.
"IP66" is the level of weather protection.
How are you controlling the floodlight?
I need a module that gives a breadboard 12V
No, you do not.
Floodlights need a large amount of current. The breadboard is not for high current.
