Arduino High Pressure Sensor x-post from Sensors

So I couldn't find any Arduino pressure gauges that sensed more than just atmospheric pressure and I needed something that could do high pressures so I bought this Kodiak digital pressure gauge,

and I was hoping there was some way to make it talk to the Arduino, but I'm not really sure where to start or what to Google for that matter. Anyone have any idea on how I would go about getting the data from the digital gauge onto the Arduino?

I wouldn't hold your breath. It's vaguely possible you'll be able to rip it apart and hack the sensor, but it doesn't look like there's any user friendly interface for externally connecting to a microcontroller.

I've been helping another member that is building an espresso machine. He purchased this pressure sensor. It measures from 0 to 12 bar and was quite easy to get working.
