Arduino High Pressure Sensor

So I couldn't find any Arduino pressure gauges that sensed more than just atmospheric pressure and I needed something that could do high pressures so I bought this Kodiak digital pressure gauge,

and I was hoping there was some way to make it talk to the Arduino, but I'm not really sure where to start or what to Google for that matter. Anyone have any idea on how I would go about getting the data from the digital gauge onto the Arduino?

Since the unit does not have a output you will have to hack it. Either use the built in sensor if you can figure out its workings or try to capture what is sent to the display.
