Arduino IDE / Arduino PLC IDE install without Internet

Is it possible to install the software without an internet connection? I keep getting errors and they all seem to be related to internet connectivity.

I am able to download files on another computer, and transfer them to the local machine.

It can be done and was recently documented here, do a forum search, probably on the words internet or install.

I did, but was unable to find a solution. All required the software to already be installed on a existing machine.

Could you provide a link to the documentation you are referring to?

This is one possible solution I think.

Also, try downloading the older 1.8.19, I think it does not hang on no internet.

Yes, the older versions seem to work with a regular Arduino boards, but I have not had luck with the Opta, or installing PLC IDE or Arduino 2.x software.

There is also issues with R4 Uno boards as well. The software can connect, get a valid board ID, but is unable to upload the program
