Arduino IDE disappeared and can't reinstall anymore

Hi everyone

I had arduino ide installed and worked correctly but now I can't start it anymore. I tried reinstalling but I get the same error every time during reinstallation. I tried installing ZIP file for non admin install and then I can first time start it correctly but after that just splash screen appears for a second and then disappears. There is simply no way to get started.

Ok I found the cause of the problem, Avast blocked it. But since it's installed from pc store I can't find location and file name to put it in Avasts exceptons.
Any Idea?

The Microsoft Store version of the Arduino IDE is installed at:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ArduinoLLC.ArduinoIDE_{app version}_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt

{app version} is shown at the top of the Arduino IDE window. For example, if it says:
Arduino 1.8.11 (Windows Store 1.8.29.0)

Then the Arduino IDE is installed at:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ArduinoLLC.ArduinoIDE_1.8.29.0_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt
