Hello this is my first post! i am a beginner in arduino, but i worked with it for 2 years in some easy projects. Yesterday I formatted my computer, and today I was trying to install arduino ide normally with the .exe of the arduino web. But when i try to run the program the logo stays bouncing and there is no error and nothing that i can say. I search and try some things that I watch in the forum, but i don't know, it doesn't get fixed. I apprecciate the help. Cheers !!
Please provide the log by following the instructions in e.g. IDE not launching - #4 by ptillisch.
This will help the specialist(s) to find the cause of the problem.

Okey so, i just fixed by myself. It was about the PC hour 
.
The problem was about the time was set in windows, because I have a dual boot with linux, I have the hour wrong in my windows. When I set the time okey the problem just fixed. I don't know if that was the problem but I get it fixed. If some dev needs some more explanation for bugfix or something I am all yours. Thanks
