Arduino IDE doesn't read the port for arduino nano 33 ble

I've just bought an arduino nano 33 ble rev2 board and pluuged into my computer. the green light is on, but neither arduino IDE nor arsuino cloud can't detect the port. I can't even find it in device manager. I've instaled MBED OS and done all the documented steps to run the code, but can't upload my codes. The same isue has my friend with arduino nano 33 ble sense.

Hi @gagik_navasardyan. Make sure the USB cable is completely plugged into both the Arduino board and the PC.

If that doesn't help, you may have a damaged/defective or charge-only USB cable. Try a different cable.

Either of the above can result in the power connections being made (and thus LEDs lit on the board), but no data connections (and thus no port for the board).

Yeah tkanks, I've tried 4 cables and only 4th worked:)

You are welcome. I'm glad it is working now.
