Arduino IDE esp32 issue loading ESP32 update

I keep getting this error message

Any ideas why?

I have a suspicion that you're not using IDE 1.x but IDE 2.x and hence your topic has been moved to the IDE 2.x section of the forum.

I have uninstalled the original and re-installed it so all is ok now
