Hello all, I have a question and I apologize in advance if I ask it in the wrong section! But I hope you can help me!
Will I be able to control the Open Arduino IDE from a remote computer? I mean if there is no Arduino application on the remote computer but I connect from it with an ard mac to the computer with the application.
I will take a SWAG: From what I read in your link the target needs the application available or you will need to download and install it on the target. After install or if it is present you would need to launch it. It appears all of this can be done from the source computer. Be careful as this also gives others the ability to access your computer(s).
With a remote desktop app, you should be able to run any installed program (and also install a program, if you have administrator access), as if you were actually sitting at the "remote computer".
